Cancellation and Refund

Pleasant Minds believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made at least 48 hours before the appointment time booked for the counselling/therapy session.
  • Pleasant Minds does not accept cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before appointment time due to any reasons like, internet not working, system down, power outage in your area, etc. However, refund/replacement will be made if the customer has received automated email confirmation for having cancelled the session before 48 hours of the appointment time.
  • If for any reason the cancellation is not possible via the calendar / booking application on the website (before 48 hours of booked time only), please send an email to requesting cancellation of appointment mentioning the name of client and confirmed booking time.
  • In case of incorrectly booked sessions later than 48 hours, please report the same to our support email id help@pleasantminds.com. This should be reported on the same day of receipt of session booking confirmation email.
  • If the appointment confirmation received is not as per your selected date / time in the booking application, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service on the same day of receiving the email. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take appropriate decision and communicate to you.
  • All eligible refunds are made via the same mode of payment which was used by you while booking the appointment. In exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Pleasant Minds and with proper justification, the refund may be made via another method after receiving proper authorisation from the person who made the payment.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by Pleasant Minds as per above conditions, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
