About Your Counsellor

Girish is a counsellor who believes that calm, clarity, and change are possible for everyone.

Girish started Pleasant Minds with a simple thought – that every person needs a pleasant space to think, talk, and make sense of life.

Over the years, he’s worked with professionals, couples, and students who came in feeling unsure or overwhelmed, and saw how gentle conversations can bring back confidence and direction.

His own journey through leadership and people-facing roles taught him that listening with patience can change how someone sees their world.

Certified in personal and emotional wellbeing counselling, with over two decades of experience helping individuals and teams grow through change.
